The Unlimited Dream - A New Home with a History

Rebuilt after the Black Forest Fire, this 6,300 sq. ft. custom design is the perfect example of how INNOVATIVE will help you turn your dream home into a reality. Even though the construction is completely new, the home was built to look like "a home with a history." For example, the interior doors were salvaged from the home of the owner’s father just outside Dallas. Plus, the antique mantle, originally built in the 1800’s, was restored and installed in Great Room.

Something that makes the Homestead home truly unique is the Wood Burning Pizza Oven in the Chef’s kitchen, which included the talent of three different cabinet makers. In addition, there is a "Drive Under Garage", wood burning fireplaces in great room and on deck, leaded glass pocket doors leading to master suite and office, and all natural stone interior and exterior.

Sauna, Home Theater, and More

INNOVATIVE's owner, Brad Fallentine, personally designed and built the home on Pinnacle Knoll Court for his family (with five kids). The American Craftsman style, expansive hardwood floors, kitchen cherry cabinets and granite tops really make this Pinnacle Knoll Court home stand out. In addition, there is a home theater, authentic Finnish Sauna, in-ground trampoline, fire pit, and stamped concrete.

His and Hers

The Home on Woodruff Drive was custom built for a Pilot and Interior Designer. This is perfectly seen in the balance between the French Country designed kitchen and Irish themed bar and study downstairs. In addition, there are attic trusses over the garage, high definition asphalt roofing, and a Sandstone fireplace mantle.

A Futuristic Vision

After owning several homes in the past, the owners of the home on Meadow Run Circle wanted to try something modern and different.  This "Smart House" has the ability to control HVAC, alarm, surveillance and audio systems from an iPad or iPhone. Plus, there is an elevator servicing all three levels, secret room hidden by bookshelves, beer taps in the basement bar, and a home theater. Outside is just as enjoyable with a heated deck, fireplaces, and jaccuzi.

Returning Home

Homes on Majestic Drive are two examples where INNOVATIVE helped families rebuild after recent local fires. Just because it is a rebuild doesn't mean that it can't be custom. In fact, it is a great opportunity to both restore and improve on your home.

Building on the Past

This home in Southern California was originally built in late 1800’s. Working closely with the Historical Society in the project design, INNOVATIVE added 8,000 square feet to the existing 6,500 while remaining true to the original era during which it was built.

This included built-up baseboards and crown molding plus all custom made doors with multiple wood species and milled rafter tails with tongue and groove to match. In addition, a porte-cochere, pool house, and art gallery were added.

A Small Slice of America

Big is not necessarily best. The Aspenwood project was strategically designed to fit the needs and lifestyle of a young or retiring couple. The detail and care given to this home's design and construction are seen from your first impressions on the expansive front porch, through the living area and out to the large rear deck. In addition, the Aspenwood home has a beautiful entrance way to welcome visitors, plenty of pantry space, and even a cozy office.

Memorial Park Ramp Project

INNOVATIVE is proud to have been part of a team effort with Sk8-Strong and Colorado Springs Parks & Recreation in a ramp addition project at our city's Memorial Skatepark. The ramps were dismantled and transported from the old X-Games Skatepark at the Colorado Mills Mall in Lakewood, Colorado. INNOVATIVE managed the construction, modifications, and additions  of both the Vert-Ramp and Mini-Ramp which are now sized for professional competitions. Colorado Springs has already hosted several professional competitions including the Rocky Mountain Rampage which has drawn professionals from all over the world.

Custom Inside and Out

Located in the Black Forest Reserve, the home on Pole Pine Point greets visitors with a Craftman design accented with custom beam-work and shutters. The interior is just as unique and built for a family of five. There is a living space and an office above the garage in the attic trusses and vault under the front porch (accessible from the basement).

Rebuilding a Home

This is another home on Majestic Drive that INNOVATIVE rebuilt after the recent fires. INNOVATIVE is proud to have been a hand of hope and renewal to those that lost so much.

A Tranquil Home in the Woods

Since Grass Song Place rests on a beautiful wooded lot, the home was designed with a generous amount of windows to draw in the outside aesthetics. In addition, the large composite deck encompasses the entire back of the home and is accessible from the great room, kitchen, and master bath.

As seen from the pictures below the main level master suite has a comfortable sitting room and fireplace. Plus, stone accents are throughout the home as well as plenty of cabinet and bookshelf space.
